Randolph Southern Jr-Sr High School Mission Statement: The Randolph Southern Jr. Sr. High School Community will enable students to reach their potential in a safe and nurturing environment using a team approach that involves students, parents, and community resources.  The staff of Randolph Southern will work to provide equal opportunities for every student, a school climate that is achievement oriented, social interaction that is positive and welcomes diversity of opinion, and a curriculum that is both relevant and challenging. 

School Information:  Randolph Southern School District serves the educational needs of Lynn, Indiana.  Located in a rural community where the main employment is agriculture and factory worker positions.  The district consists of one Jr. Sr. High School and one Elementary School utilizing a 7-12 and K-6 grade level configurations.  The student body consists of a population that is 95% white, 2.7% Hispanic, 1.3% American Indian, and .77% African American.
