Assists in developing marketing strategies and organizing campaigns for the Richmond campus, including, but not limited to: special events, writing and design of publications, advertising, and news dissemination to both internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop content, strategize, and execute marketing plans for recruitment, enrollment, and retention purposes.
Develop promotional materials and deliverables such as brochures, slides, videos, digital ads, banners, signage, etc., as requested, while following brand guidelines.
Implement and evaluate schedule of paid promotions, advertisements, and special projects for the Richmond, Connersville, and Rushville locations.
Serve as the campus liaison for the Systems Office marketing team.
Coordinate with Systems Office marketing in order to align with local marketing efforts.
Conduct and analyze market research to support marketing decisions.
Organize and execute social media marketing strategies and attend relevant events for social media purposes.
Assist with graduation program and events.
Assist with maintaining campus website.
Assist with news – writing press releases and organizing interviews.
All other duties as assigned, consistent with commonly accepted practices.

Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Prior experience as a marketing assistant or similar job description
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects
Strong social media knowledge
Excellent proofing and editing abilities
High level of attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
