Administer overall branch office operations.
Originate mortgage, consumer and small business lending.
Develop new deposit business.
Motivate and coach staff to promote sales goals and objectives.
Review branch staff for performance evaluations and recommend salary adjustments.
Ability to handle customer inquiries concerning all deposit and loan products.
Maintain knowledge of lending/teller/new account/branch policies and procedures.
Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services.
Build and maintain a portfolio through Sales Management.
Verify accuracy of branch sales tracking.
Perform monthly coaching sessions with branch staff.
Attend monthly branch sales and operations meetings.
Participate in community involvement.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Job Type: Full Time
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years’ experience in a financial institution preferred.
Lending experience preferred
Management experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to proactively solicit new business.
Great organizational and time management skills.
Education Level: High School
